That allows us to contribute to the process of regulating our industry and insuring consumer protection. The CLA also provides us an opportunity to share industry knowledge and thus help educate our members. By having a large and credible organization we are able to work with the manufacturers and other industry groups to keep our members informed of changes in our industry in technology, labor issues, marketing, and legal issues."

Randy describes himself as a workaholic family man with two children in college. He enjoys home remodeling, running, biking, backpacking in the Sierras, skiing, gardening, movies, arresting unlicensed locksmiths, restaurants and good food.
